Music festivals are an incredible opportunity for students to showcase their talents and compete with other schools. In September last year, Camp Brethren Christian Schools participated in a music festival held at Kisumu Girls, and we are thrilled to announce that we won several awards! Both primary school and high school students participated in elocutions and public speaking, with 4 items in total competing at the national level.
Our school took home four awards in different categories, including three verse/poems and one public speaking category. Our students were able to scoop position 1 in the vernacular composition category, position 2 in the English poem category, position 3 in the Swahili poem category, and position 1 in the high school public speaking category. These awards are a testament to the hard work and dedication of our students and staff.
We take great pride in our students’ accomplishments, and we are incredibly proud of their achievements. We would like to congratulate our students on their excellent performances and thank our teachers and staff for their hard work in preparing them for the competition. It is through their dedication and commitment that our students were able to excel and bring home these awards.
As we prepare for this year’s music festival, we are excited to train our students and prepare them to showcase their talents once again. The competitions for this year’s music festival will be held next term, and we are looking forward to another successful year of showcasing our students’ talents and achievements.
Winning multiple awards at the music festival is a testament to our students’ talents and efforts. We are confident that with proper training and dedication, we will bring back more awards and accolades to Camp Brethren Christian Schools. We are excited to participate in this year’s music festival and look forward to another successful year of showcasing our students’ talents and achievements
