Bible college Bible College Administrative Building with 4 Classrooms and Offices $10,000 for 1 classroom The Bible College is to be located just above the CBM High School with several acres and epic views. The Bible College wil be able to use many of the existing infrastructure. This Admin Building will be the cornerstone for the school and an excellent starting point to build on as the school scales.

 CBM Church Plant--Kasarani--PA system Purchase $1,500 CBM currently rents a PA system (Amplifier, Speakers, microphones and Cables) and it would be a big blessing and cost savings for this church to have a system in house.
CBM Church Plant--Kasarani--Church Plot Purchase $18,400 Kasarani church is located in a slum near Lake Naivasha. They are renting a facility and need more space. Having a plot in town would allow them to build a church at a cost of about $15,000.
CBM Church Plant--Kasarani--Purchase 159 plastic chairs $1,000 Kasarani church rents 159 of the 250 chairs they use. At only $6/chair this requirement can be a wonderful blessing to the church.
CBM Church Plant--Kasarani--Purchase Holy Communion Instruments $200 The church would like to have Holy Communion Instruments that can last for the longer term
CBM Church Plant--Jerusalem CBM Church Land Purchase $5,000 The new Jerusalem CBM church plant in the Eburru area requires land to build a new church on.
CBM Church Plant--Jerusalem--Sponsor a Pastor $3,600 As CBM plants new churches, the pastor would ideally be sponsored for 12 to 24 months while they work to establish a congregation large enough to cover the expense of the pastor.  Bible College Professor/Program Director $12,000 The program Director will develop a 4 year degree program, and recruit students and staff for a 2026 Bible College launch. Staff will also support a 1 year certificate program in 2025 to get something started in 2025. Target is to have 2 staff professors / pastors to do this work at an estimated cost of $500/month each or $6,000 for 1 year.

Rachel's Hope Scholarship (RHS)

A comprehensive university sponsorship and leadership program dedicated to producing Christ-centered graduates who are highly employable and impactful leaders.

Vision

To enable Camp Brethren graduates to lead their communities and country, grounded in Christian faith and empowered by a university education.

Mission

To enable all graduating seniors of Camp Brethren High School (CBM) with academic excellence, motivation, and faith in Jesus Christ to attend university and receive mentorship regardless of financial means.

Goal

To produce Christ-centered graduates who are highly employable with differentiated leadership skills and problem-solving abilities to serve as impactful Bible-focused leaders.

Program Scope

Target Beneficiaries Graduates of Camp Brethren High School (CBM) with a minimum B (or 300) score, financial need, and faith in Jesus Christ.
University Partner Kabarak University (Nakuru) – Chosen for quality degrees and Christian leadership focus.
Targeted Fields Engineering, Teaching, Health & Nursing, Theology, Agriculture, Law, and Medicine.

Leadership Curriculum

YEAR 1

Foundation: Identity & Self-Leadership

Discovering identity in Christ, biblical foundations, time management, spiritual disciplines, and emotional maturity.

YEAR 2

Community: Leading & Relating

Servant leadership, humility, building trust, conflict resolution, and teamwork. Includes community service projects.

YEAR 3

Stewardship: Money, Time & Resources

Biblical stewardship, generosity, contentment, tracking income/expenses, and avoiding debt.

YEAR 4

Multiplication: Leading Beyond Uni

Making disciples, spiritual multiplication, career path discovery, faith-work integration, and leaving a legacy.

Scholars receive a Certificate Award upon completion and upper-year scholars mentor younger students to foster active leadership.

The "Pay-It-Forward" Commitment

To ensure sustainability, scholars commit to giving back to CBM upon graduation for each year they received funding.
