IAN GICHUKI
Ian Gichuki Ndegwa hails from Njoro in Nakuru City and was raised in a close-knit, supportive family that instilled in him strong values of discipline, perseverance, and hard work. He is the son of Peter Ndegwa, a former driver at Camp Brethren Schools, and Virginia Ndegwa, a dedicated farmer whose commitment and resilience greatly influenced his character and determination. Ian is the second-born in a family of three, with two siblings, Michael Mubinu (12) and Abigael Muthoni (16).
Currently, Ian is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Kabarak University through the generous support of the Rachel’s Hope Scholarship. He has a deep passion for Software Engineering, with a particular interest in software development and emerging technologies.
Driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact, Ian is committed to using his skills and knowledge to develop practical solutions that serve his community and society at large.
