Friday, September 14 2012 – David’s Hope International (DHI) Executive Director, Scott Sweat, was awarded the Executive Director of the Year in the Global Community Award category by the Invest in Others Charitable Foundation.
Scott received the award at the Invest in Others awards dinner Thursday evening in New York City. As a result, DHI will receive a $20,000 donation from the foundation to go along with the previous $5,000 award for being a finalist. David’s Hope will use this gift towards furthering the organization’s work in Eburru, Kenya.
